Freshers’ day was celebrated on 24-07-2024 at the college Auditorium, for the
2024-25 first year students. The Programme started with a prayer song, followed
by the Bible reading and prayer. Dr.Barns Joy Chairman,Grace Institutions,
Mrs.Geetha Barns Correspondent, Dr.John Samuel Treasurer, Grace Institutions,
Mr.C.K.Hareendran, Member of the Kerala Legislative Assembly-Parassala,
Rtn.Major Donor. Meeran Khan Saleem, District Governor-RID, Mr.Thaya Singh,
Registrar, Dr.Mathias, Administrator and the dignitaries lighted the kuthuvilakku
which signified the inauguration of the academic year
Dr. Barns Joy, Chairman addressed the freshers, wished them a happy stay and
success. Dr.John Samuel gave an enlightening speech and boosted their self
confidence, Madam Geetha Barns expressed her happiness, appreciation and
wished the students to reach the heights in their life. Mr.Hareendran and
Rtn.Meeran Khan, the guests of honour advised the students to utilize the
resources available in the college and to make use of them in the right way.
The event was graced by Rev.Sudheer, Rev.Samuel, Rev.Victor Gnanaraj and
Dr.Sworna meena Gynacologist, Grace Hospital
Mr.Thaya Singh, Registrar welcomed the Freshers, Parents, Management, Special
invitees and dignitaries. Senior Students welcomed the Freshers with their
elegant dance. Dr.Mathias, Administrator thanked everyone.
The event was finally concluded by a prayer by Rev.Angel and blessings by
Rev.Victor Gnanaraj, District Minister, Marthandam
